I am interested in using 3D models inside my Altus maps. What are the limits on the number of models?

For example, can I have 1,000 3d models in one of my maps?

These two examples let you experiment with 3D model performance in Altus Web:

Performance depends on the hardware that is running the code. If you have a i7 machine with a beefy graphics card, the number will be much greater than if you are running on a cheap laptop. Many Altus clients are working on high-end mapping applications, and therefore choose to use high-end hardware to maximize the performance.

Try these examples out and increase the number of models. Try panning, shift-panning and zooming to see how Altus performs.
